Duncan Bolt Acquires the Assets of Disco Industrial Screw

Duncan Bolt, headed by Andy Cohn, has acquired the assets of Disco Industrial from Al Amado. Founded in 1952 as Dumont Industrial Supply, Disco Industrial was acquired by Al Amado in 1984. After assisting Duncan Bolt with the transition, Amado plans to retire.

The acquisition provides added value to both Duncan Bolt and former Disco customers with expanded distribution, VMI, bin stocking and JIT programs.
